The majority of students face the trouble of living with sputtering showers and shared kitchens. They often dine in the communal dining rooms located in university halls. 

Things are WAY TOO different for the lucky ones residing in the private university residences. These students can truly enjoy themselves on the rooftop terraces, luxurious living rooms and reception rooms. The Typical Student team sneaked a peek at the 10 MIND BLOWING student halls in the UK universities that are sheer masterpieces! These student accommodations and residencies are worthy of being on a student's Instagram. Just take a look and luxuriate!

#1 Ernest Place, Durham 


The Earnest Place in Durham University has been placed on top of the list for a reason! Just imagine living in a student residence with a roof terrace and glass-walled Sky Lounge. And that's not nearly all: here, students can enjoy a sauna, an onsite cinema, and a private gym.

So, if you're interested to rent a suite with a canal view, get ready to pay £216 per week!


#3 True Student, University of Glasgow


True Student can be enjoyed by the enrollees of University of Glasgow, University of Strathcylde, Glasgow Caledonian University and Glasgow School of Art. Students can luxuriate in a suite that comes with a double bed, supplied by an en suite bathroom, and a fitted kitchen. As for the other amenities offered by the residency, there's a cooker, hob, oven, fridge, and microwave. If you want to live in a place like this, get ready to pay £150 a week, or £7,650 a year for the luxury of it all!

If you wish to be the one to luxuriate in this loft-styled residence with a private gym, cafe, and plenty of other goodies, get ready to pay £285 a week or £12,540 a year. 

#5 Crown Place, Cardiff

Stylish apartments supplied with all possible amenities, it's just the thing for students who can afford themselves the luxury! At that, a club studio costs £145 a week (£7,395 a year). Meanwhile, a standard one-bedroom apartment is £321 a week (£14,124 a year).

#6 Nova, Nottingham


Students in University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University can enjoy the pleasure of living in this gorgeous residency. Still, some say it reminds them of a boutique hotel rather than of a student accommodation!
