Libby Squire, 21, a Hull University student, went missing from Hull, UK, on Thursday, January 31, 2019. As told by BBC News, a young woman was last seen getting into a taxi outside the Welly Club music venue in Beverley Road at about 23:00 GMT. The Typical Student team is sending prayers to the Squire family in hopes for Libby's soonest return.
What Happened To Libby Squire?
Later, she is believed to have been dropped off in Wellesley Avenue, close to where she lived. Then, another motorist pulled over after seeing her sitting on a bench in the street to help her. It is reported that he contacted the police afterward and "really helped out" with the search.
Libby's mother Lisa Squire said in a video appeal posted by Humberside Police: "Libby, my darling pie, we just want to know that you are safe."
Hull University Students Organized Search Party To Look for Libby
As reported by The Tab Hull, the Humberside police have confirmed they are "working with the University to see how the party can best help with the search efforts". Libby's friends enrolled in the Hull University, have organized a student search party that began at 3PM February 2, outside the Students' Union building. The students who organized the search party explained they intend to look around the local area to aid the 50 Humberside police already out searching.
