To start with, for many years, the University of Queensland used to accept male students only. However, today, they say that girls will be able to join the University of Queensland’s King's College as well. Actually, it’s the first time in 108 years!

According to college officials, 317 students should be divided 50% male and 50% female. Within the college decision, they will accept girls from 2020. It means that, from 2020, there will be only one men-only school from 10 University of Queensland colleges.
