To start with, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity provided a $3.6 million grant to State College of Florida. As a result, the Center for Advanced Technology and Innovation is coming to the college.

This will be a new center of SCF which includes:

  • a coding academy,
  • offering courses,
  • certificate programs,
  • seminars, social events,
  • and other gatherings to students and local entrepreneurs.
