UNC Student Discovers Man Hiding In Her Closet Wearing Her Clothes, And It Can't Get Weirder

In case you think you've seen it all, things are getting creepier and creepier. The Typical Student team just couldn't help but share the story with the readers. As reported by BuzzFeed News, Maddie, a student at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, has discovered a man inside her closet. Heyley has repeatedly noticed her belongings "misplaced" or "missing." So she started believing it was something of a supernatural kind. However, seeing a mand wearing her clothes cast away all her doubts.  

Student Came Home To Discover a Man In Her Closet

Maddie, who resides in the Edge apartments, told Fox 8 News outlet that she had consistently locked her door, so she was never saw any signs of a break in.  The Greensboro police report states that on Saturday afternoon Ms Fixler "heard a noise coming from her closet and opened the door to find 30-year-old Andrew Clyde Swofford."




Here's what Maddie herself commented on the incident: "I just hear rattling in my closet. It sounded like a raccoon in my closet. I’m like, 'Who’s there?' And somebody answers, 'Me.' He’s like, ‘Oh my name is Drew.’ I open the door and he’s in there, wearing all of my clothes."

What Happened To Clyde Swafford?



At about 3PM, the police officers arrived at the Edge apartments, a building adjacent to campus, to take Swofford into custody. It is reported that he wasn't violent or threatening. Swofford is suspected of "breaking and entering, identity theft, larceny, possessing stolen goods, failing to appear in court in connection with previous cases." He was booked into Guilford County jail in lieu of $26,600 bond. Female students who have survived the incident, are now planning to move out.
