The reason is pretty obvious – your boss or manager is likely to be a bit nervous in the morning after a marvelous journey to work in the traffic jams. He or she will probably be hungry and annoyed before lunch and extremely exhausted and stressed at the end of the working day. That is why try to avoid getting your boss or manager even more nervous during these periods of the day.
One more time-related thing most of the students don’t know is: never start negotiating a salary too early, for example, during the job interview. If the hiring manager told you that the position is yours, you can negotiate the job offer, without going into the smallest details, and accept or decline the offer. Discussing salary or other ins and outs is not necessary during the interview, however, if you know that you will not have a chance to discuss your salary, you can discuss it during the interview.
Maybe, you can skip the negotiations part and get straight to the job? Strange as it may seem, some graduates prefer not negotiating at all! Never negotiate anything online or on the phone, since it is impossible to discuss everything properly and not polite.
